Parameters
<x> is the horizontal dimension in pixels
<y> is the vertical dimension in pixels
<s> is boolean whether to stretch (if 1) or resize proportionately (0, default).
Note: <x> and <y> will be interpreted as percentage of current output image size if values are (0 < X < 1)
